Now the problem as I see it is that some people get a bit confused as to what a property manager is. We also use the associated Palm program for inspections. We use almost every portion of their program such as the general ledger that they do not use very much. I must confess the folks at Vision did complain that we operated very differently from their other clients and we have made them work hard for us.

If you want to stop using the software on one computer, and start using it on another computer, you need to move the software and database across, and also unregister the first computer, and then register the second computer using the same license key. In this way you can report on individual units or a group of units or the building, or select all units to get a combined report.
When it comes to reporting, you can choose to select as many or as few properties as you wish. When creating unit properties, you can select which other property represents the building that unit belongs to.
